Jordan Brand is set to revive its long-dormant luxury sneaker line with the release of the Air Jordan 6 Bin23, a premium edition of the silhouette worn by Michael Jordan during his first NBA championship run.
Scheduled for release on February 14, the Air Jordan 6 Bin23 will be produced in a limited run of just 2,300 pairs, marking the first entry in the Bin23 collection since 2011. The sneaker features a predominantly black colorway, built with upscale leather and suede materials. A red wax “Bin23” seal is stamped on the heel, while subtle red accents appear on the lace eyelets, contrast stitching, heel pull tab, and the visible Air unit.
The Bin23 series was originally introduced by Jordan Brand in 2010 as a high-end reinterpretation of select Air Jordan models. Releases during its initial run included premium versions of the Air Jordan 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9. While early plans reportedly aimed to cover models from the Air Jordan 1 through the Air Jordan 23, the collection was discontinued after two years due to limited consumer traction.
The return of the Bin23 line comes as Jordan Brand looks to reassert exclusivity and collector appeal amid concerns of product oversaturation. In addition to the Air Jordan 6, the brand is expected to release Bin23 versions of the Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 8 later in 2026.
The February drop will also coincide with the release of other notable Jordan products, including the Air Jordan 6 “Salesman,” a retro release based on a previously unreleased 1990s sample, as well as one of the colorways from the Levi’s Air Jordan 3 collaboration.
The Air Jordan 6 Bin23 will retail for $355 and will be available through select third-party retailers only.
