Vice President Sara Duterte registered the highest net satisfaction rating among top Philippine officials in the Fourth Quarter 2025 national survey conducted by Social Weather Stations.
The survey showed that 54 percent of respondents were satisfied with Duterte’s performance, while 26 percent were dissatisfied, resulting in a net satisfaction rating of +28, which SWS classifies as “moderate.” Her rating was higher than those of other national officials included in the same survey, including Senate President Vicente Sotto III, House Speaker Martin Romualdez, and Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo.
SWS reported that Duterte’s net satisfaction improved compared with the previous quarter, with increases recorded in the Visayas and Balance Luzon. Her highest satisfaction levels continued to be recorded in Mindanao.
The non-commissioned survey was conducted nationwide from November 24 to 30, 2025, through face-to-face interviews with 1,200 adult respondents. The results have a ±3 percentage point margin of error for national estimates and form part of SWS’s regular public service surveys on public satisfaction with the performance of selected government officials.
