Barron Trump is stepping into the real estate game, and he’s not just playing around. At 18, the youngest Trump is teaming up with two ambitious partners, Cameron Roxburgh and Carter Fulcher, to create a high-end real estate venture focusing on luxury golf courses and properties in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho.

While the project hit pause during the 2024 election, the team is gearing up for a potential relaunch in spring 2025.

Building on Legacy, Creating His Own

Barron’s new venture, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., briefly made waves when it incorporated in Wyoming last year. Despite its short-lived status, the company’s potential remains promising.

Cameron Roxburgh, a high school classmate of Barron’s, stated that the venture was paused to dodge election-related media frenzy but emphasized plans to revisit it soon. Their ultimate goal? To carve out a niche in the luxury market, potentially as part of the larger Trump empire.

Luxury real estate expert Carter Fulcher adds credibility to the team. Hailing from a family renowned in Idaho’s real estate circles, Fulcher’s expertise is expected to complement Barron’s ambitious vision. Interestingly, despite the surname connection, U.S.

Congressman Russ Fulcher isn’t involved in the project—though the family’s reputation certainly doesn’t hurt.

A Balancing Act: College and Real Estate

Currently a freshman at NYU’s Stern School of Business, Barron is balancing academic life with his budding real estate career. Though his father, President Donald Trump, has offered private advice, there’s no financial backing from the Trump Organization—at least not yet.

The venture’s listing at Mar-a-Lago hints at familial ties, but Barron seems determined to forge his own path.

Barron’s influence isn’t limited to real estate. During his father’s 2024 campaign, he reportedly played a key role, suggesting appearances on popular podcasts like Joe Rogan’s and Logan Paul’s. Senior Trump adviser Jason Miller even praised Barron’s instincts, calling them “ratings gold.”

What’s Next for Barron Trump?

As Barron steps further into the public eye, his journey promises to blend the Trump legacy with fresh perspectives. Whether his venture becomes a standalone success or integrates into the broader Trump brand, one thing is clear: the youngest Trump is ready to make his mark.
