VP Sara, SP Sotto, Speaker Dy all see increases in trust and approval ratings, new nationwide tangere poll says

Mayor Duterte’s 160-page filing outlines charges of kidnapping, arbitrary detention, direct assault, and usurpation of judicial functions, along with alleged breaches of the Anti-Torture Act and the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.

On top of these, the complaint seeks accountability through administrative cases for dishonesty, neglect of duty, misconduct, disloyalty, oppression, and conduct harmful to public service.

The officials named include:

  • Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla
  • Interior Secretary Juan Victor “Jonvic” Remulla
  • Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro
  • National Security Adviser Eduardo Año
  • Undersecretary Nicholas Felix Ty
  • PNP Chief Nicolas Torre III
  • PGen. Rommel Francisco Marbil
  • PGen. Jean Fajardo
  • Prosecutor Richard Anthony Fadullon
  • Markus V. Lacanilao
  • Anthony D. Alcantara

The cases are linked to “Operation Pursuit,” the mission led by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group that enforced the ICC warrant against the former president earlier this year.
