The urine sample was collected on June 11, 2025, at Fastest Labs of South Austin and processed by a certified laboratory. The final review was signed by Laboratory Director Donna Coy, Ph.D., on June 16.

The report, issued by United States Drug Testing, shows negative results for over 19 controlled substances, including cocaine, amphetamines, cannabis, ketamine, opioids, and PCP.

Validity checks such as pH level, creatinine, and nitrite were also reported as normal, confirming that the sample met standard testing conditions.

Musk did not provide further explanation, but the post follows recurring online claims regarding his alleged drug use.
