Davao City Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte led the launch of the Reform Alliance for Good Governance and Accountability or RAGE Coalition at Club Filipino in San Juan City, bringing together allies in a unified push for accountability and governance reform.
The coalition gathered political leaders, parties, and grassroots groups aligned on addressing key national issues. Present during the launch were Bong Go and Robin Padilla, Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste, SAGIP Party-list Rep. Paolo Henry Marcoleta, former Executive Secretary Vic Rodriguez, and former Press Secretary Trixie Cruz Angeles.
Participants at the launch were seen collectively chanting “Pilipinas Duterte Pa Rin,” reflecting continued support for Duterte-aligned leadership and reform efforts.
The coalition is described as a convergence of political and civic forces calling for accountability, unity, and coordinated action across sectors.
Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa rosa delivered a message backing the coalition’s formation. “Taos puso kong sinusuportahan ang pagbuo ng RAGE Coalition. Isang pagkakaisa ng iba’t ibang pwersa na handang tumindig para sa katotohanan, pananagutan, at kapakanan ng sambayanang Pilipino,” he said. He added that unity is necessary in the current political climate. “Sa panahong ito, hindi na sapat ang kanya-kanyang laban. Kailangan natin ng isang tinig, isang direksyon, at matibay na paninindigan laban sa katiwalian, pang-aabuso, at mga hakbang na naglalayong patahimikin ang oposisyon.”
Dela Rosa also reaffirmed his support for Vice President Sara Duterte. “Patuloy akong sumusuporta kay VP Inday Sara Duterte na patuloy na nagsisilbi sa ating bansa, sa kabila ng mga hamon at pagsubok na kanyang kinakaharap,” he said.
The RAGE Coalition marks a coordinated alignment of Duterte allies and partner groups seeking to push forward accountability-focused governance initiatives.
