Football’s Biggest Comeback? Neymar Drops Major Hint About Teaming Up with Messi & Suárez Again

Football’s Biggest Comeback? Neymar Teases Reunion with Messi & Suárez

Could football fans witness the return of one of the greatest attacking trios in history? Neymar has just dropped a major hint about a potential reunion with Lionel Messi and Luis Suárez, reigniting hopes of an “MSN” comeback.

A Dream Reunion in the Making?

Speaking to CNN, Neymar admitted that the idea of playing alongside Messi and Suárez again would be “incredible.” The Brazilian, currently with Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia, revealed that the three still keep in touch, and while he’s happy where he is, he left the door open for a future reunion.

“I didn’t have the option to move to the U.S. because the transfer window was closed,” Neymar explained, referencing his 2023 move to Saudi Arabia. “But football is full of surprises.”

Inter Miami Calling?

Messi and Suárez are already tearing it up in Major League Soccer (MLS) with Inter Miami, and many speculate that Neymar could be the missing piece in Miami’s ambition to dominate U.S. football. If the Brazilian were to join them, it would be one of the most historic reunions in the sport.

But there’s another stage where the legendary trio could reunite—the 2026 World Cup. With all three players still competing at high levels, a final dance on football’s biggest stage isn’t out of the question.

Neymar’s Last World Cup Shot?

Neymar made it clear that he’s determined to play in one final World Cup, seeing the 2026 tournament as his “last chance” to achieve the dream that has eluded him his entire career. With Brazil struggling in qualifiers, he’s confident that under new leadership, they can bounce back and secure a spot in the competition.

“I will do everything I can to be part of the national team,” Neymar said. “I know this is my last shot, my last chance.”

Saudi Pro League vs. Ligue 1?

Despite limited playing time due to injuries, Neymar has no regrets about moving to Saudi Arabia. He even backed Cristiano Ronaldo’s bold claim that the Saudi Pro League is now better than France’s Ligue 1.

“The level of football is rising here. When you look at the players in the Saudi league, it’s already better than Ligue 1,” Neymar stated.

A Legacy Beyond Trophies

Reflecting on his career, Neymar dismissed doubts over whether he lived up to expectations.

“I was a boy. Today, I’m a man. I have a family, I’ve faced struggles, but I’ve overcome them. I’ve achieved much more than I could’ve imagined,” he said.

With trophies still to fight for at Al Hilal, a possible MLS switch, and one final World Cup run, Neymar’s football journey is far from over. Whether an MSN reunion happens sooner or later, one thing is clear—football is full of surprises.
