Filipino-American Grammy Award-winning pop, R&B and funk-soul sensation Bruno Mars is set to return to the Philippines in 2027, bringing his “The Romantic Tour” to the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan, for a two-night concert.
Live Nation Philippines announced that Mars will take the stage on May 15 and 16, 2027, marking his return to the country following his two-night Philippine Arena concert in June 2023. The shows will support his latest album, “The Romantic,” released in February 2026 as his first solo album since “24K Magic” in 2016.
Mars will be joined by Anderson .Paak, who will perform under his DJ Pee .Wee moniker. The collaboration reunites the artists behind Silk Sonic, whose 2021 album “An Evening with Silk Sonic” featured hits including “Leave the Door Open” and “Smoking Out the Window.”
Mars’ Filipino roots have long been part of his identity. Born Peter Gene Hernandez in Honolulu, Hawaii, to a Puerto Rican father and Filipino mother, Bernadette San Pedro Bayot, Mars has often spoken about his connection to his mother’s heritage. Bayot, who was born in the Philippines, was a singer and dancer who helped inspire Mars’ early passion for performing.
The Philippine leg is part of Mars’ ongoing world tour, which kicked off in Las Vegas in April 2026. The setlist features tracks from “The Romantic,” including “I Just Might,” “Risk It All” and “On My Soul,” alongside major hits such as “24K Magic,” “Just The Way You Are,” “Locked Out of Heaven” and “Uptown Funk.”
Ticket prices have yet to be revealed, but artist and Live Nation Philippines presales are set for Sept. 11, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. General ticket sales will open on Sept. 14 at noon through Ticketmaster Philippines.
The Manila shows add another international stop to Mars’ “The Romantic Tour,” with the Philippines among the final destinations before the tour wraps up in Seoul, South Korea.
