In a Facebook post, Mayor Domagoso confirmed that law enforcement units successfully captured five suspects over the past few weeks. The arrests were part of the city’s continuing effort to restore peace and order.

The suspects and their corresponding charges are as follows:

•  Florencio Flores y Belarde – listed as a Top 3 Most Wanted Person (Station Level), arrested for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (R.A. 9165).

•  Teresita Clarin y Ramirez – listed as a Top 5 Most Wanted Person (Station Level), charged with Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide (Revised Penal Code Art. 365) and Illegal Practice of Medicine (R.A. 2382).

•  Jonas Bayubay y Rosales – listed as a Top 6 Most Wanted Person (District Level), wanted for Frustrated Murder.

•  Eddie Boy Savellano y Coderes, also known as Eddie Boy Savellano – listed as a Top 3 Most Wanted Person (District Level) and Top 1 Most Wanted Person (Station Level), facing charges of Qualified Rape (two counts) and Acts of Lasciviousness under R.A. 7610.

Mayor Domagoso extended his gratitude to the personnel of Meisic Police Station (PS-11), Raxabago Police Station (PS-1), Barbosa Police Station (PS-14), and Malate Police Station (PS-9), who were instrumental in the arrest of the suspects.

He assured residents that the local government remains committed to maintaining public safety, cleanliness, and order across Manila.
