Domagoso said the release will run through three programs covering police personnel, teachers, students, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and solo parents. Of the total amount, ₱611,111,100 will come from city government funds, while ₱77,790,000 will come from the national government through the Department of Social Welfare and Development Social Pension program.
The first release is scheduled from July 8 to 11, amounting to ₱158,757,600 for 40,250 beneficiaries under funded city ordinances. It covers 4,447 Manila Police District personnel, 358 Bureau of Fire Protection personnel, and 431 Bureau of Jail Management and Penology personnel, who will receive ₱2,500 per month for April to June.
The same tranche includes 12,466 public school teachers set to receive ₱2,000 monthly incentives for April to June. Grade 12 students under DepEd Manila will receive ₱500, while students from Universidad de Manila, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and EARIST will receive educational assistance.

Around 212,553 senior citizens in Manila will receive ₱500 per month for April to June, while 25,930 senior citizens under the DSWD Social Pension program will receive an additional ₱1,000 monthly benefit for the same period.
“Uulitin ko po, sa Lungsod ng Maynila na nakapaloob sa programang itinaguyod natin, isinimulan natin, at patuloy nating pinatutupad na kung saan walang distinction — mahirap, middle class, at mayaman,” Domagoso said.
He also reminded beneficiaries to follow the release dates and said the city would keep spending taxpayer money responsibly.
